All Vineyard Elite products are guaranteed for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails from a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to replace it.

If your product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at our expense. After 30 days, a $7.50 shipping and processing fee will be applied to the replacement shipment.

Replacement products are not shipped until the defective product has been returned by customer.

Customer is responsible for returning the defective product at Customer’s expense.

Product registration is required within 30 days of purchase to activate warranty.
