Returns & Refunds

We love our products and we hope your do too!  

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your return request within thirty (30) days of purchase.
    • Returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include all components, packaging and literature.
    • Return requests made more than thirty (30) days of the purchase date are not permitted.
    • Products authorized for return must be received at our warehouse within 10 days of submitting your claim.
    • Claims not received within 10 days of submitting a claim will be refused by our warehouse and automatically voided.
    • Vineyard Elite® is not responsible or liable return packages that are lost during shipping.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable.
